A large dual aspect living room with a lovely woodburning stove, comfortable sofas, TV in English, DVD player and wifi throughout the house.
French windows open onto the terraces, offering beautiful views over the garden, grounds and distant hills. The living room then opens on to a large dining room and with this layout makes the living room truly the heart of the home.
DINING ROOM
With a table that comfortably seats 14 people with French windows onto another terrace with seating, a perfect setting to enjoy the Italian sunset.
THE KITCHEN
Has a large stove with gas hob (six rings), two electric ovens (one large and one small), dishwasher, large fridge with ice maker, a double ceramic sink, original slate work surfaces, and a large supply of pans, bowls, utensils, china, glassware.
The kitchen is very well equipped for anyone who enjoys cooking or baking. There is a large number of English cookery books on Italian cuisine.
